Deferred Air
Chaucer Freight's Deferred Air service provides deep cost savings for less time sensitive cargo where a slight increase in transit time is acceptable. The product allows Chaucer Freight maximum consolidation optimization and provides you with maximum cost-efficiency for your price-sensitive cargo.
By using creative routing options via major gateways, Deferred Air provides an economical alternative to Consolidated Air services. Transit times range from 6 and 15 days, door-to-door or airport-to-airport.
Although price is reduced, service levels remain high as Chaucer Freight's systems automatically calculate an estimated delivery day and cargo continues to be monitored throughout its journey to ensure our delivery promise is kept.
Round-the-clock status updates are available through Chaucer Freight's online tracking tools.
