Consolidate All Your Suppliers into One FCL
Multiple Supplier Consolidation
Chaucer Freight has the ability to manage consolidation services around the globe. The consolidation program enables overseas buyers to consolidate goods purchased from various suppliers/ factories in various locations in China or neighbouring countries into their own full load containers (FCL). Either all suppliers deliver the goods into a designated central warehouse designated by the buyer / consignee or Chaucer Freight arranges local collection.
Based on the buyer's shipping instructions, Chaucer Freight will conduct the consolidation process, (so called stuffing the container - "containerisation "), by either solid case SKU, carrying out the repackaging of individual SKU's or by a mix of different SKU's into a single package. Packaging can either be plain or in the customers own design. Overseas buyers / consignees have full visibility via our web portal to track and trace each stage of the process.
Chaucer Freight also offers services to overseas customers including the issuance of common commercial invoices, collection of receivables, payment settlements and inventory updates via online tracking.
Our bolt-on Vendor Management Program (VMP) is designed to support overseas customers who require extra attention be paid to certain manufacturers or products and would like to be kept posted daily about their progress. For example: a retail store may have a specific group of promotional products, which must be shipped in time to meet with advertisement, sales program, or catalogue release.
